Hi,
I'm loading server 2003 onto a 2.66 core2duo with 4Gb of Ram and a 500 HD.
When the software install gets to installing hardware the error message comes up with the above. I know this has sometging to do with a device or driver that the OS doesn't like, but how do I get around this. Once I have 2003 installed i need to get this thing working with SQL2005 and a library database.
Any idea's please

You could try removing any add on hardware ie. graphics card, sound card.....and also remove some of the ram. I have found that ram is probably the biggest reason for install failures followed by bum hdd.

If you get 2003 installed try adding the removed hardware and ram till the system fails again to pin point the culprit.
