its windows 98 it was erased the rundll + rundll 32

Like they say you might be **** here "rundll32.exe". It might be in your system32 folder

If you have the win98 disk, look in the folder /win98/cabs with 98). It should be in that folder, or compressed in one of the .cab files.

and im sure if you did a google search you can find them on line for dl
if you dont have your win cd
