Try these checks (no admin rights required to inspect):

• Open Control Panel -> User Accounts to confirm whether the account is “Administrator” or a standard/limited account.
• Open System Properties (Right-click My Computer -> Properties) and look at the Computer Name/Domain info to see if the PC is joined to a domain (managed environments commonly use Group Policy).
