Hi all

I work on a large network management product, with Swing based UI. Our product supports context sensitive help. The same works on Windows XP and on Windows Vista enterprise editions..
However it does not work on vista ultimate and business.

When user clicks on help option in any screen the java code, using runtime.exec launches IE and displays the help page. the url is of the form <url for homepage for help>#<url for cotext specific help page> On Windows Vista business and ultimate, when the IE opens, the url truncated such that the # symbol and the path after that are removed..
I am sure there is no issue with IE setup. Does any one have any idea why this might be happening?? Any guidance/help would be great help(life saver infact)
