i have about 1500 companys in a text file, and i am just trying to condense all the empty space between each one, and also i just want the fax numbers of each prospect.
anybody know of any good find and replace programs

You can use the find and replace in Word.

word is to basic; i cant delete text between "()" like (9:14) (9:15) (9:30)
