When I access the internet and do a download or access streaming video, the computer shuts down and goes into re-start. This happens either in Internet Explorer or on AOL. It also occasionally happens with only the desktop open. I am running WINDOWS XP and AOL 9.0.
If you can, please help.

Do you have administrator rights?? Star,control panel,user rights. ?? That may account for the problems. Hope that helped......
