Whenever I clicked on a program shortcut, be it internet explorer, games or other softwares, the PC would ask what programs to use to open the file. control panel, my computer ect... seems to function normally. The only way to run softwares is to right click said programs and choose to run as...> adminstrator.

Simply using run as...> currect user would result in saying the application does not exist or that image cannot be found. Clearly, this is an annoying bug. Run does not work either. any ideas?

Well, i would think it would / could be a virus.
