I installed a new graphics card and another 1GB of RAM and now in device manager it says it cannot start (code 10). It says

Add Hardware > This device has successfully installed, but it cannot run :

This device cannot start (code 10.).

Device - Intel (R) 82852/82855 GM/GME Graphics Controller

My computer will come on with the lowest resoloution possible then the screen willsay "RGB no input signal" and shut off after 5 mins.

What graphics card have you installed?
What graphics card were you using before?
Did you uninstall all drivers and software for the old card before you installed the new one?
Have you installed the drivers and software for the new one?
