I had a virus and had to reinstall xp. Now I tried to install my dell 720 printer.....can see the message that says new hardware installed, but also seeing a message that says unable to recognize printer. Can someone direct me.....the printer icon in the printer/fax location is not showing as ready.

I installed the drivers and then tried connecting and no luck.
