Under MS config, how do I know what programs would be the absolute LEAST that should be running.
Also, given the way the descriptions are hmm shortened or terminated , how does a NOVICE know what the programs actually are?

Type http://www.google.com in your bar on IE or other browser and when it opens, type the name of the program you want to know about and it will find you lots of information about it. It is up to you to sort through the, maybe millions of hits you will get.
