Hello here,
Recently I have been having trouble uninstalling programs from the Add/Remove Programs list, with a window popping up saying
"Windows Installer is not installed properly". Why is this happening, and how would I fix this?

if you are using xp ,try this .
Start/run type in SFC /Scannow
