Hi,

I've got this weird problem with internet connection. When I connect to internet directly with a modem, I stay connected for a couple of seconds (never more than a minute) and afterwards I can't open any website. When I login I can normally open any website, but it always freezes after a very short period of time.

When I switch modem to the router, everything works fine. I have tried updating drivers, done virus scans etc, but no effect.

I would be grateful if anyone can give me a tip what to do.

Try to clean your RJ11 Modem Ports (with some dirt cleaner spray)
