Are you looking to change Wallpaper or edit the Windows backdrop, color scheme, etc? If so, in System Properties, look under Display, or Right click on the mouse, while over your desktop and choose the customize option, it's basically a shortcut to display properties. Several tabs define changes. Someone voted you a -1, though I think it's just a case of poor English, which makes solving problems more difficult
