:confused: I have been using Juno.com for my e-mail messages for years without problem. My member ID has never changed "email@example.com" and my password has remained unchanged. Yesterday when I entered my member ID and password, an error box appeared for the first time and on the top of the error box read "Microsoft Internet Explorer". In the body of the error box read "The member ID you have entered is incorrect. "@" is not allowed in member ID. At this point I am unable to get to my e-mail messages. What do you suggest?
