I have been sent some bin and cue files which I extracted with WinRar but they still appear as bin and cue files and I cannot see how to install the programs or open the files. I burned to CD as I have seen advised in other areas but still end up with a CD with bin/cue files! I tried installing from the CD but get the message that Windows cannot open the file. Any ideas please?

what you must do is convert the the bin files into an iso with virtual drive manager, win Iso or some other type of program then burn the iso with software such as nero, disk juggler , Nti cd maker or other cd recording software.
