I had to uninstall MSN connection center because when I updated my modem driver it would find my modem. Now every time I Disconnect from the internet and then connect again the MSN connection center is back. I went to the control panel >> Add or Remove programs >> MSN connection center and uninstall it but every time I disconnect its back how can I delete it for good.
