I have it plugged in the front, I believe usb, but when I go to my computer, I cannot see it., CAN ONE OF YOU tell me how to view this device, in Win XP..

Is the front USB panel working, bcoz as soon as u connect any hardware a messg will popup in the system tray 'new hardware found'
Go to Mycomputer-Properties-Hardware-Device Manager, here u can check whether the hardware is installed or not, if there is any yellow mark any item then u need to install the Drivers.

IT INDICATES SAFETY REMOVE HARDWARE BUT DOES NOT SHOW UP IN THE SECTION WITH DRIVE A, ECT. I just plugged it in I would think It shoud detect it., ?????
