If we were to rule out the engineering... yes, IE does have the addons...

I know engineering was a huge sector so just mentioning engineering only won't go anywhere, he need to be more specific about it.

so there are addons that will let you engineer,as in build or design addons for firefox browser ,is that what poster means .
