when i tried to register my computer .it says the following .your gotomypc trial is just click away .but when i install it .When i tried to register a computer.it says You must purchase a plan at https://www.gotomypc.com

Jump to PostThat you will have to take up with their customer service. May I suggest Team Viewer, it is also free and has the ability to transfer files which gotomypc only includes in their pay version.

Mikogo and Teamviewer is my choice too:)
Try reinstalling the trail version again.
