I had an old laptop that crashed and everytime I try to start it up it says Primary drive 0 not found. I have tried to use the windows XP start up disks but after running all six and the the cd I endup at a blue screen. The machine is a dell inspiron 3800 and I think mabey I should return it to win 98se but I can't format c drive cause it won't find it. Is it completely broken or is there some kind of software problem
