Greetings,
I have a Toshiba Satellite Laptop running Windows7. Upon start-up, it goes to "Windows Error Recovery". I have tried F8 to start in Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking, Same Mode with Command Prompt, and it goes to "Loading Windows Files" and scolls for two seconds and stops, then blue screen flashes, then back start-up.

Called Toshiba, and they said I need to Reboot OS. So I tried F11 to reset to factory, Windows7, but nothing.

Any suggestions?

Do you have a recovery CD, or a Windows OS Install media? Sounds like you mean need a fresh install.

No, I do not have either.

so what happened when you try to reinstall to factory install , what if any error messages did you get
