My computer is very slow working i have PIV(2.8), 256 MB OS Win XP Pro. & in task Manager CPU Usage Shows 100%.

Can you tell us more about your system .. the operating system and what process is taking that much processor usage ?

Sounds like something is stealing your processes(obviously) and doing it without your permission. Check out my signature, and post a copy of your log here, or send it to me in a PM. Either way, post it and either I or someone else who knows how to read the log will take a peek, and hopefully tell you how to fix the problem.
