Hi, when I open microsoft picture it! photo standard 9, The top left hand corner
I click file, open. A box comes up, I select the file, click open and the program
shuts down! The same thing happens if i select get file from camera.
Twice I have uninstalled and reinstalled, not curing the problem. never had this
problem before. windows XP. any suggestions. thanks

Hi, thanks for the suggestion, no it did not work. I have found the problem. I down loaded a
program: "Team viewer". which when running it was preventing microsoft picture it! photo standard 9
working
