I'm fairly new to this site, but I'm hoping that someone can help me out with this computer issue:

1) My system32 folder pops up (or used to until the folders stopped showing all together)
2) Everytime I click on My Documents/My Computer or whatever else is related to the windows folders/explorer list, the computer kind of refreshes the screen with less of the icons near the time/clock (some kind of tray or something; system tray? I don't know)
3) IE, Windows Explorer, Folders, Zipped files etc don't open up; only separate programs
4) This Microsoft Internet Explorer warning comes up: something about settings and ActiveX and the page will not be completely accurate
5) I have a "Doctments & Settings" folder taking over the "Documents & Settings" :S
