5] Android OS http://www.android.com/

there are tons of them out there, some developed by hobbyist, but you are better off using these ones, they are all free.

Windows isnt a free OS on msy.com.au their prices are about $80 to $140 for a X64 based windows disc and key brand new packed and sealed.
Torrents are not a option since they may be packed with malware.
