1] Linux OS's(http://https://www.kernel.org/) or (www.ubuntu.com/download) also a linux distrubition.
2] Chrome OS http://www.chromium.org/chromium-os
3] DexOS http://www.dex-os.com/
4] Qubes OS http://qubes-os.org/Home.html
5] Android OS http://www.android.com/
there are tons of them out there, some developed by hobbyist, but you are better off using these ones, they are all free.

Windows isnt a free OS on msy.com.au their prices are about $80 to $140 for a X64 based windows disc and key brand new packed and sealed.
Torrents are not a option since they may be packed with malware.
