My computer keeps popping this message everytime I turn on my computer or when I install downloaded programs.
Can somebody tell me what this file is? What it does? Where to get one? and Where to save it?

download and install the followings the problem will be solved.its happening because you tried to install application which need Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable dll..just download this and install.
