i just formatted my hard drive using the "hp restore plus" cd.
im now experiencing comsiderably slower performance than before i had formatted.windows startup is noticeably slow and perfomance has just decreased drastically on the whole
my machines a P4 2.6ghz, with two 512mb sticks of RAM and a 40gig drive
all help will be greatly appreciated
