please can someone help me i cant change my refresh rate. i have a Hansol 720D screen, i have been on there website and tried to download the drivers but when i open the setup file nothing happens. http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/4569/cantchangewa7.png that is the monitor propities. (its xp with a funny skin)
