I have had MSN Messenger on my computer for about a year now. Yesterday, MSN Messenger was experiencing some problems, and I ended up un-installing it with the intention to re-install.

However, now when I try to download and re-install, I get an error message when it is copying files saying something like, "Unable to create directory: Documents and Setttings/All Users/Application Data/Microsoft/Identity CRL. When I then cancel, it also shows me error code 2339 saying that the "package cannot be installed. something may be wrong with the package"

I've tried several times and have shut all other programs down while doing so.....ANY IDEAS?????
