I hope someone can help me. I've spent several hours scouring forums on the net and have found no help what so ever. I bought Prison Tycoon for my b/f and we've tried loading it on his laptop and on my desktop. On both machines we get the following application error:
"Direct3D renderer creation error". Any help would be appreciated.

make sure you have the latest drivers for you video card installed and the latest directx9.0 installed.
