im the administrator and im blocked out of
regedit
ctrl alt del
system restore
i can install norton to see if its a virus or anything
i even tried it on admin in safe mode

please help

Then click on File -> Save As save it to your desktop as "RegFix.inf" without the quotes of course.
Then on your desktop, right click on your newly created RegFix.inf and click install.
Hopefully, that will solve your problem.

If you don't have a virus detector you need one. go here and do a online scan then install a AV and do another.

i set my little cousin an account up dindnt put it as a limited account hes put me as a limited account and hes blocked me from everything i dont know why can i use that command to un disable me

Get on your cousins account and unlimit yourself.

Unzip and burn to disc with this.

change your boot order to cd then hdd and boot to the disc it has password utilities in it to clear passwords.

LOL hang on to that disc it has alot of useful tools.Has all the HDD manufacturers and all kinds of stuff.It also has a password util for Vista.
