My computer is acting weird. When i'm connected to the internet
my CPU usage ranges between 2 to 70 % but never 100%. But as soon as
disconnect from the internet,my cpu usage jumps to 100%... I downloaded
a small utility "process Explorer" from sysinternals.com , this is
just an advanced kinda taskmanager. The CPU usage shown by this process
explorer is not 100% even when I'm disconnected from the internet
While the default taskmanager always shows my CPU usage as 100%...When I open
the process tab in taskmanager all the process show 00 under the CPU column
except taskmanager which shows 99 and sometimes explorer 50 and taskmanager 50.
but mostly its the taskmanager which makes my CPU usage to 100%..
How can i solve this? Any Suggestions??
