i downloaded a mouse mover program and i thought it would move the mouse where i wanted it to go but it moves it randomly. Very annoying. i tried deleting it but it said it was in use and could not be deleted. i tried changing it from read only to not and it is now taking forever to apply attributes (its not supposed to do that) i dont know how to delete it anyone?

The other way to delete the files you don't want is to put the disk drive into an external enclosure, attach it by USB to another computer and then delete the software either in Windows Explorer or from the DOSC command line.
When you put the disk drive back into the original computer, you can run a registry cleaner to remove the now missing links.
