Can you help, please?
I have 2 routers, Linksys WRT54GL's, with DD_WRT v. 24 Standard firmware.
One works as gateway for my 2 desktops (connected by cables) and my one laptop (wirelessly) and the Internet comes from my ISP's cable.
The second one I use for testing various configurations.
One that I will soon need is "Client Bridge": my router connects wirelessly with another one, a hot-spot, as its client and creates a separate network for other laptops that wish to access the Internet via my laptop.
OK, it works but with only one of several open WiFi networks that my ClientBridge router sees.
Those open WiFI networks work on different channels and power levels reaching my router are varied, too.
I cannot even connect (or "join") my own first router's WiFi!!!
Do you see any cause/solution?
