Hi,
Recently purchased a globsurfer x1 router. Went through the set up process and everything seemed to work ok. Then a few days l8r it worked one minute then not the next. Now i can't get it working at all!
Everytime i try to set up a connection its asking me for a pin number, and says it is located on the device or a sticker on box. Having searched everything and typed in all the various numbers, still no joy!
Can anyone help me please?

The PIN is the number from the SIM card of the GSM modem which you might have connected to the X.1. Try and check if there is a modem connected and if the SIM card in this modem has been changed?!
