I recently had to reset my router due to some malware issues, and upon completing a full reset I found that my computer would not connect the router. I then proceeded to check all of my settings: such as SSID, WEP key, and user settings in the actual router. The only problem I found is that all of the available channels are disabled, and the option to enable a channel was greyed out so that I can not enable a channel. I do not what type of router I have, as there are no distinguishing markings on it; however it was provided by Time Warner Cable, and is listed on the router site as AMBIT broadband.
