Hi all
Route name"netgear n300 ADSL/2.Telkom network

Wireless connected,lED glowing as green.but unable to access any web pages.Wt is probable causes for not access web.i disabled all firewall.its not working for all of my friends systems for last one week.suddenly it was happened.i tired of calling those Telkom guys.please any one help to resolve this issue .See below all details.Kindly any one heplp.......................

You have no internet connection as your ping test failed. Try reseting the router. Follow the instructions here

Try pinging the default gateway (10.0.0.2). If the PING fails, then its most likely your network adapter. Then, I would suggest that you download the latest driver, go into Windows device manager, uninstall the device, let windows recan and reinstall, providing new driver.

If you can ping your gateway, but cannot ping a remote internet host, then it could be your router, or your connection to the internet is not established (check with your provider).

I can ping default gateway 10.0.0.2,but i cant open web pages.Wt can i do i already made complaint ,but its totally waste.No bloddy came from TELKOM provider

Did you try resetting your router? Can other people access the internet using the same network as you are?

yes i did restore factory settings also,but same problem exists still now,also same problem for all of my friends.

yes i did,nothing going right at the moment.

Do routers phicialy go bad like burn up or melt or is it the program in the routers that have a problem?
