What is the best Network Audit tool I can use to measure the network performance and troubleshoot network, slowness, loops, find out how much bandwidth is being pushed by applications and inventry for all nodes.

NetFort LANGuardian would be a good option. It uses deep packet inspection techniques to capture realtime and historical information which can be used to troubleshoot network issues and show what apps\users are using bandwidth.
