Toshiba laptop power on and will not display after changing processors

  1. Put back old processor in notebook.
  2. remove RAM.
  3. remove CMOS Battery.
  4. power on notebook. check LED indicators. fan functionality etc.
  5. check CPU CORE temperature with fingers.
  6. if CPU CORE is getting heat up than its fine. if not than there must be problem with your notebook motherboard/powersupply.
  7. if it produce beep check for the tone.
  8. if beep is of short intervals then its thr RAM faulty.
  9. if it beep long then BIOS problem.
    if it beep one long and one short then the problem is VGA graphics card.
