Hi,

I'm currently using windows xp right now and I want to sync my palm to my computer. When I sync my palm, I tried to open the device manager and I saw the PalmOS handheld device which has a yellow "?" symbol in it so that means that the driver is not properly installed. When I tried to doubleclick on the "?" symbol and click on the driver tab, the code 10 error will come out..What do I do with this?Please help..Thanks:)

Try to reinstall the "driver" also run Windows Update then try everything you have previously let us know the outcome.
