I opened my pc and actually dusted it, i didnt remove anything except for the ram and some cable i put it back so after coupling it back it just stopped working the fan and the light at the front but the at light at the back of the cpu is on and the optical mouse light is also on

Re-seat the memory again since you had removed it.

I have a doubt that you havn't plugged-in the RAM properly. Remove it and plug-in again. Remember, do not remove/add it while turned ON.
