1) REset the modem and router
2) See other computers are having the same problem
3) Check whether you have change any network settings
4) Check your customer to see whether his firewall or other software is blocking the connection.

You mean a folder. A folder does does not have any link or are you referring to a website or URL. Maybe the folder is missing or have been deleted and the one your customers is trying to access maybe is an alia, mean a copy

Reset the network, modem or router either one or all. Tell me what happens next. What is the network icon, a exclamation mark on the wireless sign or others. Can other customers see and connect to your network, is other people having the same problem,
