No, a 64 bit computer also can run a 32 bit downloaded stuff. The 64 bit is only more faster than a32 bit. In some cases the 64 bit computer can't run a 32 bit stuff. Have you try other 32 bit software, can they be run. If yes that means there is something wrong with the 32 bit software you want to run. Yeah setup* 32 stand for 32 bit.

Try a full scan and remove and possible malware hiiden files. It has to do with your USB port probelm, why does the install new hardware always pop up?

Chrome seems to be the most popular web browser in the world. I like its features which can auto translate language for you although sometimes it is not very accurate

You are obviously going to a site that is infecting that file.
Delete the file again and take note of where you are when you get the warning.

I agreed with what crunchie said, the site obviously contains harmful materials and may harm your computer. Follow crunchie advise and next time beware of website that looks suspicious, someimes it may seem that the website is not suspicious but just looking at the URL you can tell from a fake website to a real website.
