Recently I have read an article that how to maximize chance to be famous by spending special care on your app name, icon and gaining ratings to stand out from the crowd. Its that really true that we just need to focus on only Name, Icon and Gaining Ratings of Mobile App.?

It really depend whether the app is useful or not. Even if it has a nice design doesn't mean it useful that people will used that app.

yes you are right but im talking about three thing name,icon and rattings not only design. if app not useful then design and icon will not going to help but ratting describe the usability of app if we get nice ratting then definitely app is useful.
