i have a spare Motherboard its not working i got new ram coz maybe its that but how would i tell it its fried ??? thank yous;) :)

If, outside the case with a good PSU/CPU/RAM, you get no fans or beeps, the board is effectively dead.

Try to swap the new RAM in your old motherboard. Check to see if you have a green LED on the Motherboard.

You can also try to replace the CMOS battery. That's the first step I would suggest.
