hi. i posted this problem in another section just this morning but i thought it would be more convinient to move it here,
i was burning some data and audio CD's for a friend at work then when i got back home it was dead, the driver doesn't want to read any kind of CD, data,audio or DVD... nothing!
i tried uninstalling the driver then reinstalling it but nothing happened,i tried to find a way to unplug the device then replug it but it doesn't move, i tried restoring the computer to a time earlier than that of the problem, and i also tried the troubleshooter, nothing could help !
i'm using a toshiba satellite A60 laptop..
i don't have time to go to a technician and i use this drive all the time for my work, so can someone just tell me what to do? i'm in a mess here !!!
