One of mine clint have a Asus motherboard A8N-E
BIOS 1010
i tried alot to save the BIOS but whenever i plug out the power the BIOS setting Lost
i changed the new bettery but problem is same
then i reset it jumer setting problem same
i m sure the jumper is correct location
i changed to new bettery but problem i m still facing
if anyone have any solution i will thankfull to him

Jump to Postmake sure motherboard has a good clean battery connection before placing in new battery
in bios make sure to save settings and exit ,let computer run for a bit before unplugging
Please check if the CMOS jumper is on pin 1 and 2, not on 2 and 3, good luck..
I already post in mine 1st post that the jumper is correct location
