Games running pretty poorly

Hey, I have recently noticed that some of my games run ratter poorly, specially the new ones. For example the dragon age origins 2 demo runs on low graphics :S

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66GHz (Overclocked to 3,2 GHz)
Ram: 3GB DDR2 RAM
Motherboard: MSI P35 Neo(MS-7360)
Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 4670 - Drivers updated (This is what I am worried about the most)

So.. I'd like some performance boost and I have no idea where to begin, but could you give some advice which new things I should buy? Thanks!

One of the biggest causes of poor performance is malware. What security software do you use?

I use to malwarebytes anti malware to scan regularly.

Don't have any

Using the internet without antivirus is just asking to be infected. I suggest you put AVG Free http://free.avg.com/us-en/download in your system and do a full scan with it!

Once you have done that, use the reg cleaner in ccleaner http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download

Lastly, defrag your hard drive with defraggler http://www.piriform.com/defraggler

All these programs are free and work with almost all versions of windows.

Ok scan completed it removed 6. Now I run the other things
