I am facing this problem regularly and dont know what to do about it. Sometimnes there is no problem and goes on for weeks.
Sometimes It happens so frequently that while working all of sudden Monitor goes Off. Sometimes it doesnt come back and I have to turn off PC from Power Supply box of the PC. Again to restart I have to turn on switch from Power Supply Box and sometimes it turns on the monitor or sometimes it dosent respond. I tried the same on my LCD TV and repeated the same problem.

I dont understand what is the problem. While typing this message it blinked twice but automatically regained the display on itself.

Can anybody help me

you need to try the monitor on another computer to determine if its the monitor or the video device in the computer
