I have a gateway nv5378u that boots up, fan runs, but the screen stays black. I've tried all the tips of removing the battery and holding the power button....nothing. The LED screen was recently replaced. Can anyone help with this please??

I assume that it worked after the screen was replaced? Early failure of electronics is common. If it worked after replacement, but doesn't now, then send it back for warranty repair.

Try external monitor to see if we can get video display on the external monitor. Next is check RAM connection.

If we have the video on external monitor, the LED screen is getting faulty again.
